Meet Keefe



Keefe has 24 years of professional experience and is a third generation hair designer. He provides the highest level of professionalism, and has set the barre for truly personalized, high quality services within the community. Keefe, together with his father: pioneered the first Aveda Concept Salon in 1985 in the Southern California area. He has since relocated Salon Novoa from Encino, to Keefe at Tango & Tango Salon & Day Spa in Thousand Oaks, California.

Keefe is an award winning hair designer and has studied and worked with some of the best hair designers in the world. He has traveled and performed educational shows and platform demonstrations for Sam Lapin's "Art of Colour", Aveda, Pro-lift, Alan Bush- ABBA Academy, and others. Throughout his career, he has created signature styles for Sandra Bullock, "the Two Coreys" and other celebrities and clients for Film, TV, and Print. He frequently is called upon for specialty hair color services, of recent the "Bratz Movie". Keefe's work has been photographed in Rock & Republic Ads. His work and photography has been published in hairstyling books, magazines and ads. He has also had guest appearances on TV shows featuring his work.

Keefe offers each client his high quality, personalized service and modern customized lifestyle hair designs which are fresh, contemporary and easy to manage. Keefe is an Artist who loves what he does. Combined with his years of experience and on-going advanced training and teaching; enables him to create, and enhance his clients natural beauty with hair designs which compliment her/his features and exaggerates them only to their personal advantage.
