Meet Kim
Meet the color wizard of Tango, Kim. Since the age of 14, Kim has been experimenting with her hair, dying it every color under the sun. Kim took that passion and went to school at the Simi Valley Cosmetology Center as well as taking courses at the Vidal Sassoon Academy for classic hair cutting and coloring. From there, Kim assisted a friend who became a mentor, teaching her a lot about the industry. With five years of professional experience, Kim loves to take risks with hair and finds it to be an extremely versatile career. “Everyone’s a different person with different hair and different needs.”
Kim came to Tango earlier this year and loves the environment, finding it to be a calming and relaxing place for her and most importantly, her clients. When it comes to coloring, Kim finds herself to be talented but knows there’s always more to learn. All Kim hopes to do is continue helping women feel good about themselves while learning and experimenting in the process.
